Subsequent to the approval accorded by the Shareholders of HLV Limited (Formerly Hotel Leelaventure Limited) on 18th August, 2021 and pursuant to in-principle approvals received from the Stock Exchanges to issue and allot equity shares, the Finance Committee of the Company at their meeting held today have issued and allotted to M/s. Rockfort Estate Developers Private Limited, 2,87,08,133 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid up, at a price of Rs.10.45 per Equity Share (including premium of Rs.8.45 per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs. 29,99,99,989.85/- on preferential basis.
The aforesaid equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
With the aforesaid allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.126,11,03,532/- divided into 63,05,51,766 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs.2/- each to Rs. 131,85,19,798/- divided into 65,92,59,899 Equity Shares of the face value Rs.2/- each.
Shares of HLV LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.18. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45240 in over 136 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.43 and intraday low of 8.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 374475. |
