Tamboli Capital Limited, the holding Company of Tamboli Castings Limited, one of the most respected manufacturers of high-precision, fully-machined investment castings, announced the change in its name and brand identity to Tamboli Industries Limited, duly accepted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India through issue of a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name. The change in name is effective from 12th September 2023 and the Company is in the process of filling the required documents in respect of the change of name to stock exchange separately.
