The Finance Committee ("the Committee") of the Board of Directors ("the Board") of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited at its Meeting held on Thursday, May 09, 2024 has fixed the Record Date as Monday, June 10, 2024 for the purpose of issue Bonus Shares in the ratio of 3:1 i.e. 3 (Three) Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1/- each for every 1 (One) existing Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each held by the Shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
The Bonus Equity Shares will be issued to the Equity Shareholders, subject to the approval from the Shareholders, whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners of the Company/Depositories as on Monday, June 10, 2024.
