The Rights Issue Committee and Board of Directors of Vinny Overseas Limited has, at its meeting held on today, i.e,, Tuesday September 17, 2024, approved the allotment of 23,26,23,311 Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 2/- per Rights Equity Share (Including Rs. 1/- each as a premium per equity shares).
