Reliance Infrastructure has announced the settlement of disputes and withdrawal of arbitration claims against each other i.e., Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) and Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) (Earlier known as Adani Transmission Limited) as mutually agreed on September 17, 2024.
There is no monetary consideration exchanged between the parties. The parties have agreed to withdraw claims against each other.
Each party to the dispute has waived the respective claims against the other. As the claims and counterclaims are contingent, there is no impact on the financial position of the Company.
