Pursuant to the application made by the Company, the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (CPC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved and issued the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 25th September 2024 i.e., today.
The name of the Company stands changed from 'Lakshmi Machine Works Limited' to 'LMW Limited' with effect from 25th September 2024.
Further, the Company is in the process of filing required documents in respect of its name change to the Stock Exchange for doing the needful.
Shares of Lakshmi Machine Works Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 16428.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16410.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 469 in over 226 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16494.35 and intraday low of 16252.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7659266.00. |
