Shraddha Prime Projects Limited ('Shraddha Prime' or 'the Company') has announced that the recently launched project, Shraddha Pratham located at Magathane, Borivali East, Mumbai has received Commencement Certificate (CC) from Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA).
The project is anticipated to be delivered by August 2027 and has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 400 crores. The proposed saleable area of the project is 1,32,500 sq. ft. as per RERA.
