ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited has announced that the manufacturing facility of Metacast Auto Private Limited (Metacast), Subsidiary/ Joint Venture of our Company, situated at Plot No. T - 26, Kagal - Hatkalangale, Five Star Industrial Area, Village - Halsavade, Taluka Karveer, District Kolhapur, 416 236 (the said facility), is all set to commence business operations shortly. The factory building and other utilities are in place. All the Machineries have been commissioned and trial runs are being carried out. The factory has received all the requisite Government/ Statutory approvals/ permissions.
Metacast is expected to commence commercial production at the said facility within succeeding 10-15 days. We shall report the same, once the commercial production has started.
