The Board of Directors of ARC Finance Ltd at its meeting held on today has approved the allotment of 36,65,59,623 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of ? 1/- each at price of ? 1.20/-per Rights Equity Share (including premium of ? 0.20/-per Rights Equity Share) to the successful applicants.
Accordingly, pursuant to the allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from ? 50,49,50,000 divided into 50,49,50,000 Equity Shares of face value of ? 1 each to ? 87,15,09,623 divided into 87,15,09,623 Equity Shares of face value of ? 1 each. |
