The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of PMC Fincorp Limited ("the Company") in their meeting held today, i.e. November 25, 2024, has, considered and approved the allotment of 17,80,20,400 (Seventeen Crore Eighty Lakh Twenty Thousand Four Hundred) Equity Shares on rights basis of the face value of Re. 1/- each at an issue price of Rs. 2.75/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 1.75/- per Equity Share).
The said allotment is made pursuant to the terms set out in the Letter of Offer dated October 25, 2024, and the 'Basis of Allotment' as finalized in consultation with the Skyline Financial Services Private Limited ("Registrar to the Issue") and as approved by BSE Limited ("the Designated Stock Exchange for the Issue").
Consequent to the said allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased from 53,40,61,200 equity shares (Rs. 53,40,61,200/-) to 71,20,81,600 equity shares (Rs. 71,20,81,600/-).
Shares of PMC Fincorp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.67. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1212244 in over 841 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3.85 and intraday low of 3.81. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4664055.00. |
