Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced that the Hotel Operating Agreement ("the HOA") executed between M/s. STOA Hospitality (Owner) & M/s. Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (Operator) dated 26.09.2017 and the License Agreement (the "LA") executed between the Company, M/s. Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd. & M/s. STOA Hospitality dated 26.09.2017 for Aurika, Coorg ("Hotel"), have been terminated today by the parties with mutual consent.
Termination of the agreement has no significant impact on the Net worth of the Company.
