G.G.Tronics India Private Limited (GGT), a subsidiary of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, today announced that the Company has secured a prestigious KAVACH order from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, West Bengal, Government of India.
The scope of the order comprises Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Onboard KAVACH equipment as per RDSO specifications including annual maintenance for 11 years. The Supply scope also includes complete wiring, harnessing, cabling, and connection with Loco KAVACH system.
With a legacy of 21 years, G.G.Tronics Private Limited (GGT), headquartered in Bengaluru is a subsidiary of CG, and specializes in designing, manufacturing, supplying, and installing Electronic Safety Embedded Signalling Systems for the Railway Transportation segment. Among its notable offerings is the Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS), also referred to as Automatic Train Protection Systems (IRATPS) or 'KAVACH,' for which GGT is a developmental vendor. GGT's product lineup also includes Single & Multi Section Digital Axle Counters and High Availability Digital Axle Counters, both certified by RDSO and compliant with CENELEC SIL 4 standards. In addition to its diverse product range, GGT provides comprehensive services for system and software verification and validation for railway signalling products and projects. These services adhere to the latest CENELEC codes including EN50126, EN50129, EN50128, EN50159, and EN50125. The Company operates state-of-the-art facilities for manufacturing, testing, and Research & Development. Note: Order Value is ranging between Rs. 500 crores to 600 crores. The execution time frame for this order will be one year.
