Empyrean Spirits Private Limited ("ESPL" or "the Company" Subsidiary of VirtualSoft Systems Limited) has agreed to make a strategic investment through its subsidiary Kati Patang Limited UK, in ChadKP Holdings incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 16064854 whose registered office is Chadlington Brewery, Blaythorne Farm, Cross's Lane, Chadlington, OX7 3NE ("the Investee Company") by acquiring and/or subscribing to equity shares equivalent to 23% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Investee Company. Towards this end, the Company has today, i.e. 23rd December 2024 has authorized to Mr. Shantanu Upadhyay, Executive Director of the company to enter, deal, finalize, negotiate, and execute required terms of agreements.
