The Board of Directors of SAT Industries Limited (the "Company") at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, March 08, 2025, have considered and approved Amalgamation of its material subsidiary company i.e. Sah Polymers Limited, into and with the Company under section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant provisions of Companies Act and Securities and Exchange Board of India, Regulations, subject to the requisite statutory and regulatory approvals. The appointed date for the said amalgamation will be 01st April, 2025.
Our subsidiary, Sah Polymers Limited is one of the leading manufacturers of plastic products and has Five production facilities. After the amalgamation, the complete business of Sah Polymers will be carried out by SAT Industries Limited.
