The Baroda Rayon Corporation Limited has entered into Debt Settlement Agreement to settle outstanding dues with:
Bhavani Syntex Limited - Rs. 46,49,77,027/-
Unipat Rayon Limited - Rs. 4,45,80,000/-
Ramsons Properties Pvt. Ltd. - Rs. 9,41,35,607/-
Pursuant to the Agreement, the company has agreed to settle the debts with Bhavani Syntex Limited through transfer of ownership of old plant and machinery related to Nylon Plant and Nylon Tyre Cord Plant of the company in lieu of repayment of the outstanding loan amount.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the company has agreed to settle the debts with Unipat Rayon Limited through transfer of ownership of its 2 (Two) Industrial Units (forming part of inventory of the real estate business of the company) which is constructed under its Project name "Surat Textile Bourse Phase I (Part-A)" located at Surat, Gujarat.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the company has agreed to settle the debts with Ramsons Properties Pvt. Ltd. through transfer of ownership of old plant and machinery related to Nylon Plant and Nylon Tyre Cord Plant of the company in lieu of repayment of the outstanding loan amount.
