The board of directors of Vardhman Polytex Limited at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, March 10, 2025 has considered and approved the closure of operations at manufacturing unit of company located at Focal Point, Ludhiana on account of Management's decision to explore various avenues for the monetization of real estate potential of the land.
This initiative is part of the company's ongoing strategy to augment funds with the dual objective of repaying outstanding liabilities to lenders and supporting the company's future growth initiatives. |
