Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a new luxury residential project on Bogadi Road, near the proposed Outer Ring Road, Mysuru, on a land parcel, measuring 5 acres and 12 guntas. The proposed project will feature a meticulously planned residential development of approximately 0.45 million square feet, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ?300 crores. The project will include 25% senior living spaces and 75% luxury apartments comprising 2 and 3 BHK units. These residences will be complemented by state-of-the-art amenities and a thoughtfully curated clubhouse to ensure a vibrant and inclusive community experience. The project is located on Bogadi Road, just 4.5 kilometers from Brigade's landmark Brigade Palmgrove Villa Project.
