In pursuance of Chapter IV of Byelaws of the exchange pertaining to dealings in securities, it is hereby notified that trading in securities of Five Core Electronics Limited will be suspended with effect from June 25, 2019 (End of trading hours of June 24, 2019) as the company has been not responding to various clarifications and show cause notice issued by the exchange. The reasons for suspension, are as follows:
- Managing Director and other Non-executive Directors are not available at company's registered office.
- All the KMP's other than MD have tendered their resignation.
- Other critical employees and majority of Independent Directors have resigned.
- No production/Manufacturing activities are currently carried out and the registered office is closed. |
