The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Confidence Petroleum India Limited (the "Company") at their meeting held today i.e. 30th November, 2023 has approved the issue of up to 2,82,29,120 equity shares of INR 1 each of the Company to BW VLGC Pte. Ltd. by way of a preferential issue on a private placement basis. in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (the "ICDR Regulations") and other applicable laws, at a price of INR 88.60 per equity share, and aggregating to INR 250,11,00,032 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Crores Eleven Lakhs and Thirty-Two) subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other regulatory/statutory approval as may be required.
