The sale agreement has been entered on 29th November 2023 and registered on the same day with Registrar of Tuticorin, Document Number. 5053/2023.
The company received consideration of Rs. 3,03,03,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Three Lakhs and Three Thousand Only).
